Another grandchild from the black metal couch, seated center, is Hokey. Hokey was a quiet child, occasionally muttering to himself, acting out in his own imagination.
He was most often seen trotting around the neighborhood for hours on end, so it was no surprise when Hokey packed up and moved west. He wanted to be a cowboy!
So he got himself a horse...
Tried out some local saddle makers...
And lived the cowboy dream. Hokey camped out at night, sitting around the fire, sleeping under the stars.
Spent his days ridin' the range cattle roapin'...
And along the way, he met Lu Lu, tho local saloon songstress. Some thought Hokey was in love, ready to settle down and make lil' cowpokes...
but he surprised them all by moving to Death Valley. And they never heard from him again.
