Here begins the tale of Tiny Twinkie, the little starlet. She longed for a career on the stage, but first had to begin at the bottom, as an usher.
Twinkie moved up in rank fairly quickly as her ambition knew no bounds. She landed her first audition in a sizable theatre, wowing them with her knock down rendition of Second Hand Rose.
Tiny Twinkie got the part and lived the life of the theatrical gypsy: bus rides and hotel stays.
But how she longed for the day when her big break would come! After years of grueling toe tapping, ankle spraining, vocal straining, weight watching, costume fitting, and general exhaustion the life of a bus and truck performer endures,
(even tho they have great continental breakfasts at the Burnsville, MN Hampton Inn),Twinkie got her comeuppance!
She was cast as the lead in Flower Drum Song!
Unfortunately, Twinkie is no longer in show business today, as far as we know. One fateful day on a per chance visit to her twin sisters who worked for the local circus...
(see here, the Twinnies on the highwire)
Tiny Twinkie met, fell in love, and ran away with BoBo, the slightly scary, and mostly untalented clown. We recently heard they've both joined a reputable circus travelling the continents as BoBo and his Tiny Twinkie: the Tap and Fiddle duo Extraordinaire!
